Kenneth P. Roye retains the right to refuse the particpation of or attendance at the Power Line Wildland Fire Conference of any person or entity. |

EVENDENTIARY USE OF ANY CONFERENCE PRESENTATION IS FORBIDDEN
It is important that each participant be able to speak freely and candidly on any subject while participating in formal conference activities. A condition of attendance and participation of each panelist, lecturer, student, other attendee or participant is that no one will make or facilitate any direct or indirect evidentiary use of any statement, comment, or presentation made at the conference. |

| CONFERENCE PRESENTATIONS AND PANEL DISCUSSIONS WILL BE VIDEOTAPED FOR USE AT FUTURE CONFERENCES AND TRAINING SESSIONS.
Kenneth P. Roye shall be owner of and hold the copyright to and will maintain those recorded presentations for use at future conferences, professional education and training sessions. Kenneth P. Roye promises that he will make no direct or indirect evidentiary use of any recorded conference event nor will he facilitate others doing so. |
